Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Jennifer Hageman

Pastor Jen characterizes her life as one long road trip, figuratively and literally. She grew up in Denver, Colorado, and returned there after attending the University of South Dakota. She attended the Denver Paralegal Institute, and moved to Nebraska and western Colorado, back to Denver, and then settled in Las Vegas for 16 years, where she still has family. Pastor Jen holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and joins us from Gila Mountain United Methodist Church in Yuma, Arizona.

She has participated in mission trips to Mexico, California, Phoenix, and eastern Montana. While in seminary, she also interned at a nursing home and participated in leading a weekly worship service at a men’s minimum security prison.

Pastor Jen describes herself as “a people person to the core,” saying she “will strike up a conversation with a friend or a stranger at the drop of a hat.” She also says, “I realized how many stories remained to be heard–stories that over time have shattered biases, increased understanding and ignited my passion for mercy and justice.”

Donna Zbierski
Office Manager

Donna Zbierski has been the church’s office manager since being hired in March 2017.  She began her employment full-time one month later. Prior to her hiring, Donna was employed by Trinity on a temporary basis and was being trained in order to understand all of the functions required to run the church office and work with staff, volunteers and the public. Donna, who had been attending worship services with her husband Earl before being hired, became a church member. She has been an important cog in running the church office on a daily basis. Her husband also worships and has been very active in various church functions.  Ironically, Rev. Khalif Smith is reconnecting with Donna for the second time. The Trinity pastor went to boarding school with her daughter in New Jersey during the 1980s. The Trinity office manager is well experienced in an office environment. Donna was a legal secretary for the insurance affiliate, AIG, while living on the East Coast and was an office manager for many Las Vegas companies, including Centennial Wellness Center, Martinez Lawn Service and Preferred Chiropractic. In addition, she was also employed by MGM Resorts International and worked at the Monte Carlo Hotel/Casino and the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Be sure to stop by the church office during the week or greet her at church most Sunday mornings.
